Suprema X-Station, is a formidable device that combines a vast array of components into a slim form factor. X-Station’s 3.5” touchscreen LCD provides the perfect interface to an intuitive UI and its camera, speaker and microphone allow for advanced features such as Face Detection and Videophone capabilities. It is a versatile product that can be used in a variety of applications.

X-Station is an evolution of access control card reader. In its ultra slim and sleek design, X-Station features a variety of functions including RF card and PIN authentication, TCP/IP interface and comprehensive time and attendance features. With a 3.5 inch touchscreen LCD and intuitive GUI, X-Station provides exceptional usability for both users and system administrators. Featuring face detection technology with a built-in camera, X-Station can record up to 5,000 face image logs for extra level of security and attendance records.

X-Station is fully compatible with the BioStar, Suprema’s IP based distributed access control management system. The device offers intelligent controller functions with its network interfaces and powerful 667 MHz CPU, and the IP-based system concept brings significant cost saving in installation and maintenance by leveraging existing network. The device offers comprehensive communication interfaces including TCP/IP, 2-channel RS485, Wiegand interfaces, and relays. Available in 13.56 MHz Mifare or 125KHz EM card version, it provides greater flexibility for users in designing their own access control systems.

With the introduction of X-Station IP access terminal, Suprema now offers extensive line-up of biometrics and RFID products from simple IP readers to industry-leading multimodal (fingerprint & face) biometric terminals.
