Unlike conventional manual call points, AMCPs communicate directly with the fire alarm control panel (FACP) using a unique identifier, allowing for precise location identification of the activated device. This not only helps emergency responders pinpoint the fire’s origin quickly but also enables targeted evacuation strategies.

Addressable Call Point has a unique address or code that identifies its location within the fire alarm system. This allows the FACP to pinpoint the exact location of the activated device.
